You will receive expert advice and guidance to ensure you are compliant and avoid huge fines and compensation claims for data protection breaches.

GDPR Compliance Consultation

1.5 hour meeting to assess your schools' GDPR compliance and highlight areas for improvement.

GDPR Staff Awareness Briefing

Ensure everyone understands GDPR, their responsibilities with personal data and the significance of being compliant.

1 hour staff breifing to raise awareness of data protection and GDPR within your staff team.

GDPR Compliance Audit

Thorough audit of your school to examine current practices and procedures and identify actions to safeguard the school and achieve compliance.

Level 1 - Light Support Package

  • 1 hour staff awareness briefing
  • 1.5 hour GDPR compliance consultation to go through current processes and highlight areas for improvement
  • Termly bulletin relating to topical data protection and GDPR matters
  • Ongoing telephone and email support for the year (up to 3 hours in total)

Level 2 - Core Support Package

For schools with less than 150 pupils on roll

  • 1 hour staff awareness briefing
  • 2 hour GDPR compliance consultation to go through current processes and highlight areas for improvement
  • 3 hours of additional support to provide advice and guidance to support the school with GDPR compliance
  • Termly bulletin relating to topical data protection and GDPR matters
  • Data Protection Officer network meetings (2 per year)
     

Level 3 - Core Support Package

  • 1 hour staff awareness briefings
  • 3 hour GDPR complainace consultation to go through current processes and highlight areas for improvement
  • 4 hours of additional support to provide advice and guidance to support the school with GDPR compliance
  • Termly bulletin relating to topical data protection and GDPR matters
  • Data Protection Officer network meetings (2 per year)
