Prime Awarded Customer Service Excellence Again

Following an assessment in May, where we presented examples of excellent practice and feedback from stakeholders, we have been awarded the Cabinet Office's prestigious Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Standard again this year.

Customer Service Excellence measures the quality delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude within organisations. To achieve the standard Babcock Prime needed to score at least 80% compliance across the 5 key service categories. The assessment found we were 100% compliant or compliant plus across all elements.


The assessment found:

“There are strong communication channels which are supporting effective joint working resulting in education service improvements to Worcestershire”.


In relation to co-operative working with providers, partners and communities:

“Partners were generally very appreciative and supportive for Babcock Prime in the work they do:
