Customer Service Excellence

Following a full assessment in May 2018, Babcock Prime is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Customer Service Excellence® in accordance with the requirements of the government Cabinet Office’s Customer Service Excellence® Standard.

 

About the award

The Customer Service Excellence ® standard is a government backed assessment against areas indicated as priority for customers, such as; delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude.

 

About the assessment

Prior to an on-site visit, the Assessor viewed our digital platforms (website and twitter) to review how we communicated with our audience and assessed a collection of over 100 printed and digital documents given as evidence to support the standard.

During the assessment meetings were held with Babcock Prime staff, individual phone discussions were held with customers, partners and a visit was arranged to a local primary school to meet the head teacher and other teachers to give their opinion on the services received from Babcock Prime.

 

Results

The assessment report stated that Babcock Prime meets the standard, and excels in a number of areas:

“Throughout the assessment, it was apparent that the child is at the centre of Babcock Prime's activities, services and business. Staff at all levels demonstrated their passion and commitment to providing services that would make a difference.”
